Ditto here!
i'm curious about them.. you would think they would put someone on a
newsgroup to even give an ad or something..
I'm hesitant to swap providers.. cause I do really like seascape.. but
since they have decided to IGNORE my mail and not bill me for a few
months now.. i'm starting ot look...
*grumbles cause he got such amazing service at first*

Animal minds are simple, and therefore sharp. Animals never spend
time dividing experience into little bits they've missed. The
whole panoply of the universe has been neatly expressed to them
as things to (a) mate with, (b) eat (c) run away from, and (d) rocks

You have read my mind...I love the idea of unlimited access and also have
a seascape account...with iregular billing being a regular thing...
I was wondering a few months ago if they had dropped their late-hours
discount as I got slammed with a bill for $50 one month...in a month that
I was only on-line for 3 weeks....
I checked out NEXUS..and so far I have gotten one brief reply to my 4
e-mails...few details, and only a promise that further contact from the
sales people were due to follow soon. That was 6 days ago now.
I also noticed a great offer on the web-page that does not appear in any
of their other ads...and I am wondering if they have any sort of fixed
policy.
I suspect that they will not be a reliable alternative for a few months
yet..and that really annoys me. Do you realize that SPRINT offers a
great unlimited interet package world-wide..but WE have to pay
Long-distance charges to get it from St. john's even?
About time there was a little competition in the marketplace!

I have been shopping around for a long distance phone service and noticed
that AT&T offers Internet Service for $24.95/month unlimited service. It
doesn't specify only 17 cities like Sprint, so I'm assuming that it is
available in St. John's. Also, you can accumulate Aeroplan miles with your
monthly flat rate ( and 1 free month a year if you are also a long distance
AT&T customer )
This sounds like a fairly good deal, does anyone know if they are, in fact,
available here in town? ( and if it is a decent service ? )
cheers,

hey! Welcome to the seascape family (I use my infonet to post and mail..
why pay when i can have that for free?)
The service.. is great.. the tech used to be AMAZING.. i got email back
fromn them about billing thesame day I sent out my inquiry.. I'm still
waiting to hear from interactions (hrm.. december.. think its late?)
Now.. well I can't even get a form reply.. and I have sent mail after
mail after mail..
I figure if they go past 3 months without billing me I should get one of
them for free... ;}
Don't have an account but have had excellent e-mail communication with
them over the last month. Heard that Sprint's unlimited access is coming to
the Clarenville area this fall, don't know if it is true or not as when
we were talking to them they said that they would be in St. John's first,
as it was a large area but more people had to call the toll free number
to let the company know that they were wanted. Want the service? Call
the number and tell them.
