Does anyone know how I can level my crushed stone driveway before
paving? Is there a professional tool to do this? The driveway is
sloping towards my house and I want to prevent as much water from
collecting/draining near the foundation after it has been paved.

A good paver would take care of this for you.

I assume you're going to hire a paving company to pave it instead
of doing it yourself? If so the paving company will level the
driveway so that water drains away from your house.
