Afternoon,

Anyone know what the lines are like at the Bethesda Pentecostal Church, 1 Escasoni Place

(corner of Portugal Cove Road and MacDonald Drive) for the H1N1 vaccinations? I am trying to take out my parents and was wondering if the wait is still along one?

Thanks!

I know the one at mt. pearl square is a pretty long wait.  Just do what one of my co worker's did today.  Get someone or yourself to go and get a number and they will tell you how long the wait is and what time to return.  Get enough numbers for whomever you need.  I am guessing that you would just need 2 for your parents.  Then return at the time that they told you and walk on in.  Get there early though because my co-worker sent her husband down 10 this morning, and he was told to come back at 3 this afternoon.

I am guessing that the wait times will deminish over the next couple of days due to the mass of people wantng to have it asap, which is why I am waiting until thursday or friday before I go to get mine and the second dose for my daughter.

I am under the impression that starting Monday there will be more mass
immunization clinics as the public health staff who are currently
vaccinating within the schools are freed up to vaccinate everybody
else! If you don't want to wait until Monday, the early morning line
ups are long to get a number but once you get one and return, it is
fast, like emtecca said!

Emtecca, you can now make an appointment for children who need
boosters they must meet the couple conditions. All the info, phone
numbers, etc, can be found here:
