I've been using Tallywack for a number of years now..a homepage that
has all the local news links, weather, sports etc. But it has been
suspended for some reason and I've been lost since. Is any other such
website?

You can also use Google and customize the page to suit yourself.

Been using it as my homepage for about 12 years now, although I have to
admit it has gotten too trashy/tabloid driven, and bogged down with ads. My
first site I usually visit is either www.tsn.ca/nhl, or the weather office
site.

I love google.ca/ig as well. but, they have made some changes to me
recently that drive me nuts. Maybe someone knows a fix?

- The tabs for the different pages are now moved to the left. I spend
a lot of time remote desktoping to my home computer in an 800x600
window (to reduce lag by having less info being transmitted) and with
the tabs on the left side as opposed to the top, it really squishes my
real estate

- Google groups is now buried in the "More" drop down

Other than that, i love ig. I have 6 different tabs going with
different groups of interests.
