Sums up Harper and his merry band of neo-cons quite well.

I've always said this Government was a mirror image of Bush and his
cronies. A once proud country known worldwide for it's diplomacy,
generosity and culture, Canada is now the laughing stock of the world.
Harper as brought Canada to it's knees. The far right as made Canada
an international joke. When will Canadians wake up and take back it's
pride and dignity. I'm sick of this government and it's right wing
agenda. This is not the PC party of old it is the far right Reform
party with all it's political baggage. Oh how I long for the days when
Canada was seen as a great country.

I found it especially telling that Harper had no intention of going to
Copenhagen....until he found out that Obama and the Chinese leaders were
going.

Yes and then he was given the snub at the meeting of these leaders. So
it tells you just where Canada ranks.

Precisely. Funny how after the deal was made, we barely heard a peep
from Harper. Sad really. Here's is an incredible opportunity for Canada
to become a leader in the blossoming green industry in such things as
the production of everything from solar panels to wind and tidal
generators, to become leaders in the development of clean coal and
hydro, a leader in recycling technology...but no...he'll let China and
the US get a jump on that industry. They'll make billions, we'll get
left in the dust.

LOL! The first sentence of the second paragraph is really what sums
anything up. It seems this country has a totally useless opposition
party. The loony left will, of course, blame Harper for that too.
