Newton Bicycle/Pedestrian Task Force

The Newton Bicycle/Pedestrian Task Force is an independent citizen activist group that advocates to and works with the City of Newton to secure safe and convenient bicycle and pedestrian access in Newton. The Newton BPTF is the recognized voice of the bicycle and pedestrian community in Newton.

Commonwealth Avenue Promenade presentation by students of Northeastern Professor Peter Furth.

The BPTF has created and will maintain a map of snow removal problem spots for pedestrians. Please e-mail newtonbikeped@gmail.com if you would like to add a spot to the map. Once the snow comes, please also send photos, which we'll add to the map.
