Subject: Martial Law Declared in USA September 27, 2008 by Democratic Speaker Nancy Pelosi ?

I have no idea if this video is a very elaborate hoax or not, but at the 1 min 20 sec mark in the first (very short) video below from US Congress session tapes, this Congressman refers in passing to the fact that "martial law was declared last night".

I'm sending this to you to find out if you have any other sources that confirm this fact.  From what I've read from you and others over the last few years, a whole lot of "interesting" things happen once Bush declares martial law.
