I have a strange issue with INN 2.5.3
Stats from one of my peers:
ip address: x.x.x.x
seconds: 2349 duplicates: 0 max allowed cxns: 10
offered: 75491 uw newsgroups: 0 active cxns: 8

Oh heck, that's really bad. I recently upgraded from Debian Squeeze to
Debian Wheezy and didn't realise they replaced the Perl SHA library.

INN should NOT require an email address.

INN requires an email address, so I use <@.>.
INN should NOT require an email address because:
1. Were it real, it'd get trashed.
2. Normally, it's not real; i.e. it's the worst kind of SPAM,
exactly were you'd rather not see it. And it's MISLEADING.
Instead, the "From:" line should contain a "homepage" URL.... more »

Greetings - I'm stumped by newsfeeds and don't know where to look. The
nntp server at dictatorshandbook.net has been hosting local groups for a
year now and working fine, so I thought I'd peer with albasani.net. The
