A device connected to system does not work properly

Hello World,

Since I changed my Harddisk ( with Win95 on it ) everything worked
properly, without T-Online ( German Online Service , Telekom). Even in
safety mode, if clicking on the T-Online ICON, I get the message:
One to the system connected device does not function right.
Who knows about this problem.

PS: The PPP connection to T-Online ( eg. this mail ) works alright, but
I need the startmenue.

Hi Peter,

Since the t-online software sometimes is a bit tricky (I know that from
my own experience ;-) ), you are most likely to get a useful answer in
the german speaking local newsgroup

news:t-online.neubenutzer.fragen

There you will find a few really knowledgeable experts and also a
support team of t-online.

Using Netscape 3 click on "Options" - "Show all newsgroups" and you will
get a list of all newsgroups carried by your provider (please don't
interrupt the downloading to avoid problems with a corrupted Netscape
file). To subscribe to a newsgroup click on the little box on the right
side of that group and a checkmark will appear. If you don't see the
little box you should enlarge the window by dragging the right window
border to the right.
