Below is a list of websites that relate to the management of hierarchies. They
have been taken from the control.ctl file at ftp.isc.org,
<news:3756467b...@news.btinternet.com> and details sent to me by e-mail.
If you know of any that are not listed here, or find that any links given here
no longer work or no longer point to anything to do with the hierarchy then
please let me know. Where their is a dispute as to whos control messages
(and by extension website detailing the management procedures) are legitimate
I will take the address listed in control.ctl as definitive.
