The ringleaders of Quackbusters, a guerrilla warfare outfit who are/
were allies of AUK's guerrilla warriors, sought to bankrupt a health
lover by the name of Ilena Rosenthal by filing a libel suit against
Rosenthal for having republished a newsletter authored by Tim Bolen
which contained a great many disparaging remarks about Barrett and the
other ringleaders of Quackbusters.
Barrett et al lost their suit against Ilena, and, later lost their
appeal, too.

Based upon that precedent, I don't believe the courts are likely to
find anyone guilty of libel for merely republishing the disparaging
and/or defamatory remarks authored by another.
However, in the case of Barrett Vs Rosenthal, Barrett was running a
guerrilla warfare outfit, not unlike their allies the AUKtards,
while Ilena Rosenthal was just one of the many health lovers or
"boils" whom Barrett's guerrilla warriors were saying and doing
whatever they could to lance off usenet, the WWW, and the face of the
earth, which included Barrett and the other ringleaders of his
guerrilla warfare group filing a SLAPP suit against Ilena Rosenthal.
In the case of Novins Vs. Cannon, Novins is one of the many "boils"
whom AUK's guerrilla warriors had crowned/larted to solicit others
aggression against Novins, to "lance" Novins off usenet, the WWW,
and/or the face of the earth.
Because the AUktard's had crowned/larted Novins to solicit others to
publish disparaging and defamatory articles about Novins, then,
republished the disparaging and defamatory articles they themselves
had solicited, it's possible that Novins can prevail in a lawsuit
against the Auktards for torts and civil conspiracy.
If Novins does prevail, maybe law enforcement agencies will finally
get off their arses and prosecute the Auktards for the crimes which
their libel / soliciting libel / republishing libel is merely one
element of, where most of their targets are concerned, which is,
Conspiracy to Blackmail, Terrorize and/or Murder by Proxy.

The case was dismissed "without prejudice" which means "dismissed on a
technicality." The technicality is that Atlas Bugged did not respond in a
timely fashion to interrogatories. Atlas has sixty days from the date of the
dismissal (Sept 25) to refile. If he fails to do so by November 25 then the
dismissal stands.
But, Atlas Bugged is way too brilliant a barrister to fail to refile. He's
just playing the cards intelligently, biding his time, gathering more
incriminating information and securing his excellent chances of resounding
victory over the stAUKer cabalists.

I was thinking of a different type of entity or entities, but, you
may well be right.
I mentioned it as one possible explanation because discovering one
filed one's suit in state court when it ought to have been filed in
federal court is one reason a suit would be dismissed on a
technicality in a state court, and, immediately refiled in a federal
court.

between an FBI trained cyber-instigator (FOTP), and, US Military
personnel/US government contractors ala "Pablo" whom the JPRA or one
of the US military agencies folded in under it's command had deployed
to contribute to the incarceration, debilitation, and/or death of
the FBI trained cyber-instigator/agent provocateur, in depraved
indifference to the lives of myself, my child(ren), and all the other
innocent civilians recklessly endangered.
Practically speaking, the option of filing my/our case in US Federal
District Court is also foreclosed to me and mine as a result of Former
US Commander in Chief, Bush's strategic appointment of Jay Bybee,
(the un-indicted War Criminal heralded as the author of the unreleased
2001-2002 Torture Memos which falsified a legal foundation for the
Former US Commander-In-Chief illegal and unconstitutional deployment
of US Military Personnel/US Military government contractors to utilize
reverse engineered SERE tactics to tweak aka terrorize aka torture
innocent Americans like me), to preside over the US Federal District
Court in Nevada.
(Until, of course, a suit filed in some other US Federal District
Court results in an Court Order wherein President Obama is ordered to
release all the Pre- and Post 9/11 Torture Memos falsifying a legal
foundation for the JPRA and/or agencies folded into it's command
deploying US Military personnel and/or US Military Government
Contractors to contribute to the incarceration, debilitation or
death of american civilians in violation of the US Constitution all US
Military personnel are sworn to defend and uphold).
It's apparent to everyone with their eyes wide open that Torture
Lawsuits brought by Detainees, such as, the Torture Lawsuits filed
against CACI/Titan's Level3 Communications, which were one and the
same corporations(s) which hosted Pablo's 2003 resumption of his
cabals misuse of reverse engineered SERE tactics to "tweak" aka
"exploit" aka "terrorize" aka Torture myself and other innocent
american civilians, which Pablo had resumed from some outpost in
Central Asia, according to Pablo, necessitated the widespread RETREAT
of the army of SERE Psychologists, linguistic specialists, ex-cops/
disbarred attorneys/others possessing abusive interrogation
experience, malicious hackers, etc., who had been plying their trade
for the "Darksides" illegal and unconstitutional objectives.
It's also readily apparent to everyone with their eyes wide open that
a great many of the felons and psychotics whom the Darkside's
principles had encouraged to perceive their aiding and abetting the
"Darkside's principles as akin to entering a morality carwash,
