HERE IS AN HISTORY OF TERRI DISISTO AND HER PHONY LAYWER NAMED KEVIN
BRENNAN AND WILLIAM GATELY THREATENING LEGAL ACTION ON US.

HEY TERRI, THIS POSTING WILL BE FORWARDED TO DENNIS VACCO, ATTORNEY GENERAL
FOR THE STATE OF NEW YORK SEEKING A COMPLAINT BE FILED AGAINST YOU FOR
HARRASSMENT ON THE INTERNET AND WORST OF ALL, IMPERSONATING AN ATTORNEY,
WHICH IS A FELONY OFFENSE.

MAKING MORE ENEMIES IS NOT A VERY SMART THING TO DO!

Terri DiSisto is yanking your chain. Mr. Brennan denies all knowledge of Ms.
DiSisto, and a complaint will be filed with Dennis Vacco re: impersonating an
attorney/theft of identity/practicing law without a license.

Only one agenda is at wrok: Terri DiSisto, sociopath, is playing you for a
fool. Cease all comuunications with her, if you want your system to remain
un-bombed, contact your sysadmin, and ask him to implement anti-mailbomb
procedurtes against Netcom, Compuserve, and ATT.NET IP addresses.

I just spoke to Mr. Brennan. The e-mail addres given is not his - and
he says that he most certainly does NOT represent Terri DiSisto or any
clinet with a name even remotely similar.

And wouldn't it be very odd if a real attorney sent business
correspondence on a Sunday?

You're busted, Ticklebitch. Pretending to be an attorney is a crime in
the States of New York and Massachussets.

I strongly recommedn that anyone who got such an e-mail visit the NY
Attorney General's Web site and get info on filing a formal complaint
with Dennis Vacco. He has a history of busting frauds on the Internet.

I have been listbombed incessantly by Terri DiSisto (I know it's her, but
can't prove it with my own expertise. I can generate more of them quite
easily to my bert...@gateway.net account just by posting to usenet. I
have a new account (brrt...@gateway.net) that you should use to contact
me back, and let me know if you can take a look at the headers. It's my
understanding (but mostly from Terri herself) that there's no way to
tracea listserv attack, but I don't know this to be true. I would love to put
a nail in this woman's coffin, so let me know if that's a possibility.

The spammer is in fact a former user of ours. Her name is Terri Disisto.
She is widely known throughout the internet community as a spammer for her
adult web site at http://www.tickling.com

She has many addresses and all of them are P.O. Boxes in New York as well
as in Boston MA. They may also be fake PO. Boxes. To isolate her true
identity we all must make an effort to reveal the P.O. Box owner's true
address through the postal office via Freedom of Information Act.

Here are the three P.O. Boxes that I am aware of:

She has email accounts at:

1) Terri...@alt.net
2) compuserve.com (currently uses compuserve for her spamming activities)
3) te...@tickling.com (her very own domain name hosted by HostingSolutions
at PO BOX 51, Westminster, MA 01473).

She also uses several credit card numbers to subscribe to many ISPs. They
could also be cards that belongs to someone else. We say this because a
couple of months back she kept on requesting that we charge her account on
different card #s on three occasions. The cards are being used
fraudulently with numbers very close to one another. Chargebacks have also
occured because of this illegal activity. We can also work together with
the card issuing bank to reveal her true identity (Social Security Number
and cardholder's billing address and telephone number).

Dear Mr. Bertolet.

My name is Kevin Brennan. I am an attorney licensed in the State of New
York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. My legal services are also
retained to represent Ms. Terri DiSisto with regard
to several matters of Internet Law, a component of my overall practice.

I am in receipt of correspondence included below, apparently sent
to me by an employee of FSXNet, an internet service provider in the
New York City area against whom we just filed several motions of suit
on Wednesday, June 10th. Apparently, you are seeking their assistance in
the personal harrassment of my client and substantiation of clearly
unfounded allegations that you have made
against her.

Although my client has neither contacted me nor directed my attention
to the matter under discussion in your communication, I would advise
you to seek immediate legal counsel before sending any further
email of the type below on your own. The content of the email makes
you potentially liable for civil action in just about any state jurisdiction
in the country. While I, personally, am not familiar with relevant
California statutes, my Los Angeles-based associates, I am sure,
could and would find several grounds for suit in what you have claimed. By
asserting that you "wish to put a nail in {my client's}
coffin," you are also opening yourself up to criminal consequences
below on both state and federal levels. I feel it my duty to inform
my client that she should, definitively and aggressively, pursue any
and all remedies allowed by the law to ensure her safety based on
the ramifications of that statement.

"Don't go here." I think you are very close to biting off much, much
more than you can chew. I would urge you to either seek counsel
immediately if you wish to continue your efforts to compromise my
client's issues and safety, or attempt to resolve your differences and/or
disputes with her promptly.

In the event that I am directed by my client to pursue action, I will
inform you of the steps that I will take on her behalf.

I was very distressed when an online friend of mine in Boston
(WGa...@aol.com -- an attorney) forwarded this Usenet
post to my attention. I am so angry in so many ways --
as well as stunned -- that I don't know where to begin to
ask you what this is all about.

For your information, shortly after receiving a copy of the
post via email, I contacted my lawyer here in New York. He
read the post and says that I have several cases against you
which I intend to pursue vigorously. I expect you will be hearing from
him shortly.

The Freedom of Information Act does not permit you to obtain
the addressee behind a post office box that has been purchased for
private use without a court order. Also, proving that a private
postal box is used for commercial purposes also requires court activity.
It's been tried many, many times before by friend and foe alike.

I don't know what has motivated you to join the bandwagon, but rest assured
that I am ready for a fight if you're really looking for one. Several
national ISPs have been forced to settle with me, out-of-court, based
on suits my attorneys filed against them concerning the legality of their
TOS/AUP as acceptable business practices in Massachusetts and in New York
State, respectively. I bring this up only because I wish to demonstrate that
I have no problem taking any concern to court, especially when I am attacked
without reason.

I don't get it. I hope you guys have lots of money to part with in terms
of your own legal fees and punitive damages that I will attempt to recover
through suit.

By revealing in a public forum that my client was, in fact, a former
subscriber to your Internet service provider, you have made yourself
liable for civil action in both federal and state jurisdictions. Your
liability is extended by malicious revelation of additional personal
information (vis a vis post office box information, etc.) that was
provided to you by my client under assumptions of confidentiality as
outlined by theTerms of Service of FSXNet, which is now also a
definite party to legal action.

It is my intention to pursue immediate legal action in state and federal
courts of appropriate jurisdiction which will include suit on numerous
counts seeking extensive punitive damages. Said suit will name
yourself and FSXNet as defendants in the actions. The allegations
that you have made against my client, public revelation of privileged
correspondence between my client and your office when she was a
subscriber to your Internet service, and specific public assertions that
she is using credit cards fraudulently, etc., place both you and your
company in great peril under the law. I am very experienced with matters of
Internet law and entreat you to take my intentions seriously.
A very unplesant outcome awaits you and your firm if this matter enters the
civil arena in local and federal jurisdictions.

I will reconsider my position if you contact me at once to resolve whatever
dispute or grievance that you have against my client
in good faith. My client has authorized me to act as her sole agent
relative to the initiation of legal action against you and your firm
or amicable resolution of whatever grievances that you have against
her.
