We have a policy of always confirming challenges for spam forged in our
names that we didn't send. The spam sent to Mr Lorriman with our user's
name forged as the sender has been confirmed according to your automated
request even though we had nothing to do with it. This is because
sending challenges for mail we didn't send is an abusive thing for you
to do. Challenge/response is a very bad solution to spam because of
the obvious harassment it causes to third parties, so please stop using it.
