a possible IP spoof and hack attempt

Although searching the IP 66.249.72.102 says that this IP belongs to
the Google search engine, someone who appeared to be using this IP
attempted a suspicious URL at my site, which looked like this:
http://mydomainname.com/index.php/component/mailto/?tmpl=component&template=black_lernvid.com&link=35887b79861a94092fbe7e638ac8f25bd8e755ca
This would NEVER be a legitimate URL at my site, with that "mailto" in
the middle and that long-winded number for a "link" -- this is clearly
a hack attempt, and probably a spoofed URL.
I didn't know who to report this to, at Google, so posting it here.
