Subject: APEWS listing Problem!!! Not a Spammer
Hello,

I am needing a little help here. I am the admin for a company here and
I and every week I check for spam database listing when I am backing
up the system.
Today I got a surprise when I saw it was listed on APEWS!! It is only
listed there.
It appears to be a range block, but the company I work for rents a
link with a fixed IP. And this IP is clean for years!

How can I remove the innocent IP from this range?

Here is the report from APEWS:

Entry matching your Query: E-201422
201.17.0.0/16

CASE: C-82
IP space of "hot" UCE/UBE operations per NANAS, NANAE, UCEtraps &
published statistics

Special Reason:
per NANAS, NANAE, UCEtraps, MTA headers continued abuse / abuse volume
= escalation ultimately, all your ASN[s] will be listed
