Is that a SORBS reserved domain name or a general domain name?
If the latter, then a common practice is to use example.com, perhaps
because 'example' is officially reserved in .com, .net, and .org by
http://res-dom.iana.org/

I also wondered why SORBS is using in sample configurations a domain
name apparently owned by Al Iverson. Because some people will copy
those samples without thinking or noticing that they block no spam,
those examples will drive a little completely useless DNS traffic to
the DNS servers for radparker.com. If the DNS servers for radparker.com
were small instead of joker.com, that might be considered a hostile act.
