Subject: THEPLANET.COM listwashing service
Attn spews, Steve, etc...

On the phone with one theplanet.com droid after another, none with
apparently any authority regarding their long term abusers
proautoresponder.com, all indications are that they intend to do
nothing.  One threatened to just give my address to the spammer for
listwashing (listwashing and email bombig apparently looks like the
same thing to them), but the droid's droid supervisor (claimed to be
anyway.  Could have been the janitor for all I know) said he would
make sure the emails stop.  I asked if that meant the spammer would be
unplugged, and he said no, it might mean that they will block outgoing
mail to my address from their spammer.   How spam friendly can they
get?

Apparently three to six spams every day from the same sleezebag, even
using their servers for hosting AND sending the garbage doesn't
violate their TOS.  He said "congress hasn't pass anything making spam
illegal".  I waid, Congrass hasn't passed anything requiring the rest
of the planet to accept your traffic either.

This is what they consider acceptable use, and yes, I had them look at
it while on the phone:
