Sweet! I mean, not good, but glad there is someone out there in my
exact same boat. Mine too was an rDNS issue, my ISP was awesome and
stayed with me until they resolved the issue...
having said that, i recontacted tqmcube using the proper channels and
my case has been opened and not responded to since about 2 weeks
ago...
