internet community. When ISP's refuse to deal with spam within their
network, blocking is the only thing to curb the problem.

Last time I looked, I was getting sent 1k-10k of
backscatter per account, per day.

That's your opinion. You are entitled to it. What you will find here
is a number of people who will not agree with you. After all,
UCEPROTECT was started by some of the regulars here on NANAE. Like most
blocking lists, the people who started the list had a specific goal.
I'm one of those people who disagree with you.
Instead of being negative, please tell us your special sauce that puts a
smile on the fact of your clients when they no longer receive huge doses
of spam.
