Hello,

ASPEWS lists our server ip 207.210.67.51 LISTED (127.0.0.2)

Are there suggestions on how to fix this? I will appreciate.

It looks pretty clear that the listing is not of you specifically, but
of your ISP, GNAX. Apparently the people who run ASPEWS have decided
that the spammer-friendly behavior of GNAX is bad enough that they do
not want to trust any email coming from that IP space. Maybe others
would disagree with that judgment, but it's their list, their rules.

So, only GNAX can "fix" the listing by doing a better job of
preventing spammers from using their resources to abuse the rest of
the Internet.

But it must be asked, do you have any evidence at all that the ASPEWS
listing is affecting the deliverability of your email? Conventional
wisdom (fwiw) says that, because ASPEWS is such an aggressive list,
pretty much nobody in their right mind uses it for blocking email. At
worst some people might use it to contribute some little "comes from a
spammy provider" increment to a more complex spam scoring system.

While it won't affect this ASPEWS listing, you would be in a better
position with regard to spam issues if you had a strong anti-spam
Acceptable Use Policy, making clear that customers are not allowed to
send spam (unsolicited bulk email) from your system, or use spam (even
if sent from elsewhere) to advertise sites hosted on your system, and
that violators will be terminated promptly with no refund. I just
spent a few minutes looking around your website, and no such policy is
evident.

They list all of the ip addresses owned by Global Net Access. Unless you
can convince them to stop hosting spammers, the only option is to find
a better isp.

All of their ip addresses are also listed at
http://www.uceprotect.net/en/rblcheck.php?asn=3595
so ASPEWS isn't alone in listing this isp.

GNAX is listed; only GNAX can fix it. They need to kick out all of their
spammers and then fix their whois and rwhois data.
