We work on them continually as they arise, as BFS noted in another thread.

If you have information other than what five-ten-sg.com provides, please
send it to ab...@theplanet.com.

And what about those listings then? What does "working with them" mean if
the spammers are still on your service?

In the case of the "Proautoresponder" (Direct2prospect) spam operation
(SBL6703, which should be bigger since the spammer has been using
216.185.100.5 which is outside the listed /26), "work on them
continually" apparently means cashing their checks and turning a blind
eye to their spam.
Looks like Spamhaus has had them listed for about a year (so much for
working "as they arise"), and ThePlanet has been ignoring my own
complaints about this spammer for many months also.

Mine as well.

And that means multiple complaints sent through both Spamcop and
directly to their abuse desk.

Naturally, no acknowledgement to either.

Proautoresponder/Direct2Prospect even told me via phone that they will
never opt-out on more than an "individual campaign" basis. Ironically,
I was explaining to them that the spam victim was deceased, and there
was no chance of her being a good downline.

In fact, the woman on the phone kept telling me how lucky I was that she
was "doing me a favor" for removing her addy from the one campaign.

It was very ... difficult ... to remain polite.
