Bob, we appreciate your interested. We have clinics and races throughout the year. This Sunday a group will be gathering in Groton Ma at 10:00 to 5K on the rail trail there. Otherwise keep your eye on the race schedule. Others in our group may comment with additional information.

Hi Bob,

I coach a group of racewalkers who meet once a month in Lexington MA. Our next workout is on Tuesday 10/16 at 6 PM, weather permitting, at the outdoor track on Worthen Rd. near the intersection of Worthen and Mass. Ave. My coaching fee is $20.00 per session. If you can be there by 5:30 I will work with you for at least a half hour until my group starts their workout. Please let me know if this will work for you. Thank you.

I talked a little bit with Bob at last Sunday's race, but as I live on Long Island was not up-to-date on what's going on, but thought you all would come through.

Ed, I enjoyed talking with you also.

I enjoyed being able to participate in the one-hour race, an event I don't think I've racewalked in for 2 decades.
