Hey all,

I'm attempting to use a (Kingston) 4GB USB key with the Neuros. It
isn't being recognized. A 1GB (different brand) works just fine. Is
there a limitation to the size of the USB key or brand that is
supported?

Thanks,
Kevin.

There shouldn't be a capacity limitation on USB media, but a lot of USB
flash drives play fast and loose with the USB specs and are marginal at
the best of times. Look at these bug reports for example:

Is there a list of drives that are confirmed to work, by any chance?
Short of an exhaustive list, is there a few that are known to work?

Kingston's are generally known to work, AFAIK.
Perhaps try reformatting it to FAT32 on a PC and try again, if you haven't already?

Is this a Kingston U3 4GB USB key? Sometimes the U3 software on these
devices wreaks havoc even in the PC world.
