I talked to a couple of our kids and they were keen on seeing how the
game is played over there (i.e. the right way). Are you guys going to
playing at the normal Saturday 2PM time?

Don

FYI: There may be a smaller turnout this weekend, the state of WI's new club
team has final tryouts this weekend in Whitewater. Peter and I are 2 of the
3 captains on this team so we will have prior commitments. I'm sure there's
a good chance that there will still be a good turnout if the weather is
nice, but at least 5 of the commited Fox Valley male players will be down
south this weekend. Sorry, things will definitely get going June 10th I'm
assuming!

Thanks

~Scott

Thanks for the heads up. I was going to offer to schedule for next
weekend but I know that is the weekend of high-school graduation for
some of the kids that want to go.

Can anyone else comment on whether or not there will be Appleton pick-up
this Saturday? Otherwise we can try to come out on the 17th.

I'm definitely looking forward to finally meeting some of you guys and
brainstorming some publicity campaigns. I think bumper stickers and/or
t-shirts are good idea. Does UPA have anything to offer in that regard?

Got the message below as well. Perhaps we'll shoot for the 17th then.
As I said, the 10th is high-school graduation around here so not as many
will be able to go.

Thanks again.

Don.

Alright I've told our guys to plan for the 17th then. We'll be playing
our normal Saturday pick-up in Manitowoc this weekend. If indeed there
is no Appleton pick-up, but those left out in the cold still want to
play, you are more than welcome to hop over to Manitowoc. You GB people
should come out, too!

Our starting time is still noon as of this writing, but I'd like to
eventually push it later as the summer heat approaches.

Feel free to reply on our forum thread at
http://mufc.us/forums/viewtopic.php?t=51 if you plan to come and/or want
directions to this week's field.
