Hi Everyone,

Firstly I would like to thank Aric et al. for an elagant tool. Its
one of the best things ever to happen since sliced bread.

Has anyone tried tried to write code to calculate this Pearson
correlation coefficient in NetworkX, according to Newman's paper?

There isn't any code in NetworkX. I've opened a ticket for this if
someone wants to
