An update to NetworkX, networkx-1.0 has just been released.
Thanks to everyone for your contributions and work in getting
NetworkX to version 1.0.

The tarball on pypi has two issues:

1. README.txt is mis-spelled as README>txt in MANIFEST.in

2. MANIFEST.in is missing a trailing newline (minor, but annoying)

Was there an earlier version of the 1.0 tarball that did not include
setup.py ?

Thanks I fixed those two errors and uploaded a new set of files.

It would be preferable for you to bump the version, as pypi doesn't
seem to react well to updated tarballs with the same name - people
behind caching proxies (like me) see the OLD tarball, not the new one.
