Distance Regularity test

Hi All, 

I've been working on Distance regular graphs for a project. I have written a python code for checking whether a graph is distance regular or not. 

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Distance-regular_graph 

The code returns the intersection array if the graph passes the test.

I was hoping to add it to networkx.

Here is the file I want to attach to the ticket #501 to complete
I cannot attach the file at the given address, it saying is a spam
and requiring an answer to some question.
