New issue 10 by emmanuel...@googlemail.com: Dynamic spinner thread does not
exit
http://code.google.com/p/netsniff-ng/issues/detail?id=10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run with the -s switch
2. See that the spinner does not spin
3. Issue a SIGINT signal, the program does not exit

The dynamic spinning does not work properly and needs to be fixed to
receive needed signal.

Fixed with r409. Please Daniel, could you try to capture/replay in silent
mode to check if the spinner... well... spins according to the activity
