Hi,
I want to trigger an event when a bugzilla bug is changed, created etc. I want to do it through Bugzilla REST APIs ([link]) but I couldn't find anywhere in the docs an event which triggers when a bug is updated etc.
First, are such kind of events available in bugzilla? (like a webhook in JIRA)... more »

Odd group authority issue

I have several groups which are assigned to users based on their department.
I also have a support department that have access to all of the groups.
I have two members of the support groups that are set up the same as the others, but can only access the bugs for one group if they are given the department authority (which is just giving them the same authority they should already have, again).... more »

Delete/Hidding Field Values

Hi.
I need delete the field values for example: Summary, Description and Attachment, or maybe hidding or changing the name, it's possible do this ?. And it's possible change the field order from the "File a Bug" ??.
I'm using (Bugzilla 4.2.1).

Recover Bugzilla Database from Folders

Hi Everyone,
Our Windows server's hard drives crashed however we have a backup of the folders where Bugzilla was installed and presumably where the databases are saved.
We setup a new server and have bugzilla running, how do we transfer the database over to the new machine?
All of the online documentation I've read are about transferring by exporting the database from an old machine and importing to a new one, however we cannot do that as we lost the old system.... more »
