Recover Bugzilla Database from Folders

Hi Everyone,
Our Windows server's hard drives crashed however we have a backup of the folders where Bugzilla was installed and presumably where the databases are saved.
We setup a new server and have bugzilla running, how do we transfer the database over to the new machine?
All of the online documentation I've read are about transferring by exporting the database from an old machine and importing to a new one, however we cannot do that as we lost the old system.
