Install Bugzilla with MS-SQL server 2008 R2 as backend.

Hi Everyone,
I want to install Bugzilla 4.2.3 on windows with Apache as my web server, Ms-SQL server 2008 R2 as my backend.
I have installed the following :-
1) Windows server 2008.
2) Apache.
3) Active perl.
4) Ms-SQL server 2008 R2.
5) Bugzilla zip file. (Downloaded form Bugzilla website)
Now, I'm not able to do further steps. So can you please guide me step by step to install and configure Bugzilla with MS-SQL server?
