Email filters turn themself off

Hi,
on my home installation of Seamonkey my message filters turn off every
time they are used on received mails. I think at the last update I had a
message that a folter doesn't exist and I fixed it.
After I turn them on again I can use the filter manually on my inbox.
Next browser start they are turned off when the corresponding email is
received (the other filters remain still checked). I tried to rebuild
the filters but it did not help.
Any ideas how to fix this?
