The icon (arrows) in the 'Name' column of the mail/news client always
start pointing down with the folder closed and the 'Inbox', 'Drafts',
'Sent' and 'Deleted' folders hidden.
When the icon is clicked it points right (correct for a closed folder)
and the folder remains closed; and when clicked on again it will point
down and open the folder.
