SeaMonkey 2.17.1 doesn't work with Ubuntu 13.04 amd64

Hi,
I recently unpacked the SeaMonkey tarball under Ubuntu Raring and tried
to run the application with a ./seamonkey but got the following error:
zigzag@zigzag-p6-2310ef:~/seamonkey$ ./seamonkey
XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /home/zigzag/seamonkey/libxpcom.so:
libxul.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Couldn't load XPCOM.
zigzag@zigzag-p6-2310ef:~/seamonkey$ uname -a
Linux zigzag-p6-2310ef 3.8.0-19-generic #29-Ubuntu SMP Wed Apr 17
18:16:28 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
The same also happens with the latest beta (2.18 Beta 3). Should I file
a bug report on Bugzilla?
