where is the code for open windows button?

the open windows button at the bottom of mozilla doesn't look like it is
hooked up to any code in the chrome. the xul file doesn't seem to have
any onclick event call to a function:

<titledbutton align="left" class="popup" value="Open Windows" />

is this a feature that hasn't been implemented yet? does anyone know
when it is due? i am looking into doing a customization for a skin that
needs to hook into the code that would run this open windows button, so
i am curious to know where that code would be, or when the code would be
added.

tasksOverlay.js and xul. The code was broken a while back Someday it will
get fixed.
