Plugin to handle M$ Spam Confidence Level (SCL)?

Hey everyone,
has anyone reading this yet implemented a filter for the M$ Exchange
spam confidence level rating in Thunderbird/Icedove?
Our IT department is blockheaded regarding use of microsoft software, so
I'll have to work around their shortcomings...

In this rating I would like to extract the SCL value of 9 - I am
currently thinking since I can't find a direct plugin, I'll have to use
some sort of regular expression plugin and create my own filter based on
that?
Any inputs are welcome!
