I'm running a P4,504 MB RAM,Windows XP and Netscape 7.2. I 'm
continually bounced out of my browser with the following message:
"Netscape.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry
for the inconvenience. Please tell Microsoft about the problem."

I've cleared the history, cache and rebooted nothing helps. Can someone
tell me what's causing this problem?

Nope! What are you doing when it happens?

Today I was on the HGTV web site and I clicked on 'dream cars'(GMAC). I
wonder if part of the problem is with Shockwave or Shockwave Flash.

There is a known problem (bug) in the latest Flash.

I have a previous version on my UFAQ.

Download this one:

http://www.ufaq.org/downloads/npswf32.dll

And replace the one already there in your Netscape /plugins/ directory.

you do if windows caused the problem. The report is sent to MS and they
inturn send it back to you saying its not their problem, and to forward
the report onto the Moz people.

It's NEVER Microsoft's fault now, is it? They are always blameless when
a PC doesn't work properly.

Yes, that certainly works. Thank you.

Why should MS be responsible for everything people do to their
computers? They created an OS and in no way can perceive what several
million users are going add on as well. You can always go to another
system, if you haven't already.
