Print Settings won't stick

I have mozilla 1.4
the print setting,
"Start Printing from last page" won't stay put.
the print setting,
"Start Printing from last page" won't stay put.
It does stick when I print from IE. But not from mozilla.
I downloaded the latest print driver for my printer
HP 932C.
Also, the "print Quality" setting won't stay
put on draft mode.
It does with IE. But not with mozilla.
I am on Win 2k.
Any help would be appreciated.

Mozilla uses the default system settings for your printer. So
make your selections in Windows, not Mozilla, if you want this
behavior all the time.

Mozilla doesn't save all printer settings. For a list of printer setting
Mozilla saves, refer to the draft pref manual at
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=178685 . (btw, there appears
to be a bug where Mozilla doesn't save settings it's supposed to save)
