How to ungroup tabs??

Using Firefox 11.0 -- Is that the latest one?
I don't think I touched any keys, but somehow I grouped all my tabs in
one group. How do I ungroup them? Please. I had this happen once before, 6 months ago maybe, and in trying to

Appearance of Google search page.

Up until now the page has been white with the search fields clearly
visible.
Recently it has changed to gray with the fields blanked out until the
cursor enters them.
Is there any way to adjust/fix this.
I have the latest Firefox, Win7 SP1

Text field behavior change

In Firefox 11 (and maybe recent earlier versions) I notice that I cannot
directly type or paste into text fields any longer. First you need to click
on the field to activate it and then you can type/paste.
Can anyone explain how this can be changed back to the old behavior where
the field is active when hovering on it? I'm guessing that there is a... more »

Reveal URL in search results?

Pardon if this has been 'done to death here'.
I'm trying to document URLs on the web but my search results
contain links that are all crudded up with browser-specific
garbage if the link is longer than say 67 characters.
I see that duckduckgo still does this properly and I can edit
the results string from Yahoo to clean off the junk.... more »

Hi,
when Firefox is running, even without any site called, it causes lots of
traffic. Is there a way to prevent it from talking to Google, ebay and co., not to mention the sites one can't even figure out what they are?
I never did anything with ebay.

Tor with ff-8?

I just loaded FF-8 for the first time on a fresh install and can't see how to get it to use tor. It's the TorBrowserBundle that I have installed.

Small space saving twean for Firefox

It has been I while since I promoted my free tweak
to save screen space with Firefox (a userChrome.css)
Just wanted to say that it is still updated, and that
the latest version work on all versions up to 11a

I am posting here because there is no answer on mozilla.com support nor from a couple of other sites offering support. On one page covering this problem it reports that over 1000 people experience the problem!

FF2 opens only a blank page when hyperlinks clicked in (say) mail client

Running FF 2.0.0.20 under Win98SE. For some time, FF has been
exhibiting issues: "FF has performed an illegal instruction and will
now close" or similar. Removing FF (using Control panel -> Add/Remove
Program) and reinstalling hasn't fixed this at all.
