Using keyboard to look at previously visited urls for a tab

In either Firefox 2 or 3, is there a way, without the mouse, to look
at the list of previously visited websites for a given tab.

Right now I normally put the mouse on the little triangle next to
Forward or Back, but I'd like to do this with the keyboard if
possible.
