favorites icons

What makes the corporate icons appear on the favorites menus for those
companies. I noticed not all of them appear for newspapers, weather and
such things. I also noticed after reloading my system that different
ones now appear that didn't before and others do not appear now. How do
you control these icons? I'd like to get all of them.

Also, you may need to reload the page to reload the favicon.
