new development effort - interest in a bbs?

would anyone who plans in getting involved in the new effort be
interesting in me setting up a bulletin board system (like phpbb,
fluxbb) on my VPS? they have some very nice features which google
groups doesn't have.

I believe that a bulletin board system would likely be useful, and a
lot easier to manage than a pile of e-mail threads.

-1 on a BBS - unless you're going to run Tradewars in which case I'm all in. :)

What features would you like to see in Groups?

A forum is good for the player community and stuff, but I think the mailinglist is fine. Hard for hackers try SQL injection vulnerabilities here ;)
