Strange behavior of YouTube feed

I have a subscription to this feed:

http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/base/users/hotforwords/uploads?alt=rss&v=2&orderby=published&client=ytapi-youtube-profile

The first time I select an item in the feed, it displays properly. But
if I then select another item in the feed, the content pane doesn't
update to show that item, it continues to show the first one. I have
to switch to a different feed and then go back to select a different
item.

I don't have this problem with any other feeds.

I have this exact same problem with the BBC feed http://feeds.bbci.co.uk/news/rss.xml - only started a week or two ago.

This has just started happening to me, for the BBC news feed.
Everything else (50+ feeds) seems fine.

Did you find a fix?

I don't see this problem with your example YouTube feed, but I can confirm it's happening with the BBC feed. I've posted a reply about it in the following thread (linking to keep everything in one place):
