Folder-Structure NNW <--> GoogleReader

hi,
what can I do to have the same Folder-Structure in NNW and
GoogleReader?
In NNW I have a good system of folders. I just switched of GR-sync,
deleted all subscriptions in
GR and then switched GR-sync on again. The result is a new GR-
subscription List, but only few fplders contain my NNW structure. Many
others are transformed to a single name with all ste nested folders
added to the name like IT — Apple — Knowledge Base Documents instead
of KBD inside Apple inside IT.
Is there an application for the mac that would help me rebuild the
stucture in GR. Will it be reflected during sync?
