I tried to add my google reader subscriptions but the pop up just
keeps popping up after I key in the right email and password. Can
someone please let me know what I can do? Could it be that I am
sharing a computer with my wife and we both have our own login account
on osX? It doesn't happen for any other app we share like firefox,
mail etc where we have our own individual bookmarks and email accounts
for our own login names.

thx

First thing is to make sure you're running 3.2.7.

If you are, then the next thing is to do Empty Web Cache... from the
NetNewsWire menu.

If that doesn't do the trick, then please open Console.app and let me
know if there are any NetNewsWire-related messages there when you try
to login.

I thought I updated, but realized that I threw away the one I just
downloaded.
It is ok now, thank you!

"Empty Web Cache..." - This worked for me, as well. Thanks for the
tip.

One thing I believe I just noticed is that NNW provides no error or warning if your Google password changes. I recently changed my password, and as I think back, since then NNW hasn't been syncing correctly. I happened to just be in the NNW preferences recently and realized I never changed it within NNW.

This should be considered a bug.
