It woul be nice to have a feature similar to google reader wherin the
user can choose to view web pages in their original formatting, or in
a low bandwidth format made possible thru the "gwt" translator. It is
about as simple as appending "http://www.google.com/gwt/" to the
fringe of whatever URL is passed to the browser.

Sorry, typo...
I meant to say "append to the front of whatever URL..."

As an example Tweetie 2 allows you to put in a custom "mobilizer"
link, so you could use the Google one or even better, you could use
the Instapaper one which is:

http://instapaper.com/m?u=%@

In which I assume %@ is replaced by the URL.

This gives a nicely rendered and quick text view, perfect for mobile
browsing.

If this could be done in NNW it would be great.

Thanks!

Thanks, John, good thinking.
