Hi,
Does netcom restrict or censor access to any newsgroup? Is there any FAQ
for requesting newsgroups or mentioning why it's not possible to just offer
every newsgroup??
Forgive me if the answers are provided somewhere.... have been unable to
track down any webpage mentioning this.
