Gating(sp?) and bouncers

Just an update. M. Gating has returned to London for some
surgery and it is expected that he will (he hopes to)
play in the last two test matches.

The report in the Guardian, on the FIrst test (which
the WI won by 10 wickets), highlighted the fact that
no englishman was hurt in the match. The next test
at Trinidad is going to be played on a truer(ie., harder)
wicket and may see more bouncers. The WI umpires are
giving more LBW's against the Windies (something unheard
of) to compensate for all the bouncers!!
