Sun, May 01, 2005 -- An Unexpected Database: Hein Online
We have a database available to us (the entire University community) that
comes courtesy of a subscription through the Law Library.  It is called
HeinOnline.

<snip>

Here is the URL for a full description of the database:

<http://heinonline.org/HeinDocs/insert.pdf>

HeinOnline currently includes the full, scanned text of more than 500
journals, and plans to expand to 900 titles.  Coverage extends back to the
beginning of each title.  Additional content includes the Federal Register
(1936-1993), the Weekly Compilation of Presidential Documents (1977-2003),
the U.S. Supreme Courts Reports (1754-2003), and a variety of other
law-related material.

Alphabetical List of All Library Databases - From the Library Home Page

Free Library of Philadelphia

================================================

This page is particularly important to Temple students, faculty and staff.
For example, when the Main Temple University Libraries website is not
functioning, as during the power failure in the library on May 3, 2005,
this page serves as a substitute from a different server.  As a mater of
fact, Temple University Library Systems department used this page as the
source for the substitute page they put in operation during the power
black out of May 3, 2005 as Barbara Wright the creator of this page was
asked by the System's head for the route to this page during the blackout.
This post enables one in the future to get to this page without knowing
the various steps in that route.
