[NERAIL] Stratford Ct Question

Good Evening,

 

Going through Stratford, CT area there appears to be an industrial spur off the Shore Line. When I checked my 2007 CTDOT Railroad Map they have it listed as belonging to APU and operated by CSXT.

 

Does anyone know who owns this line and is it still in use?
